Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Regional Float Pool for the Emergency Department, night shift. Float between designated East Community Mercy Hospital facilities to deliver nursing care for adult and geriatric patients.
You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care; maintain accurate clinical documentation; collaborate with diverse care teams; and adhere to safety and infection-prevention standards. Experience in fast-paced ED settings is preferred.
