This position involves providing direct patient care in a critical care environment, specifically within an ICU setting. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care activities, promoting a patient- and family-centered approach. Responsibilities include educating patients and families on managing their conditions, ensuring safety and quality compliance, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, and addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
Key Duties:- Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care aligned with standards and guidelines.
- Communicate care plans effectively across the continuum of care.
- Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities.
- Respond to hospital emergencies and serve as a member of the clinical emergency response team.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, 2+ years of experience. - Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and adherence to safety protocols.
