Clinical Educator – Cardiac Telemetry

This position involves creating and implementing staff education and professional development programs aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.

• Assess, plan, execute, and evaluate educational activities for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Collaborate with staff and organization partners to develop and deliver clinical training and continuing education.
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Work with leadership to identify staff educational needs and develop tailored education plans.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and lifelong learning.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required;
  Master’s preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience; no supervisory experience necessary.
• RN licensure required;
  Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification preferred.
