The Clinical Nurse Educator supports the ENT/plastic reconstructive division at a top-ranked surgical unit. This onsite role involves creating and implementing staff education, training, and professional development activities to enhance patient outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing staff educational needs, developing tailored training programs, collaborating with staff and external organizations, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role requires participation in continuous professional growth and lifelong learning.
Qualifications & Skills:- BSN required; RN license
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisor experience not necessary
- Preferred:
Master’s degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, basic cardiovascular life support certification
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs
- Collaborate on clinical training and development initiatives
- Support safety, quality, and compliance activities
- Partner with leadership to identify and address staff educational needs
