Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.
Participates in activities to ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and engages in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing, RN licensure, and preferred Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of experience. Prior supervisory experience is not required.
