Oncology​/Surgical ICU Registered Nurse

Provides direct patient care in a specialized ICU unit, focusing on oncology, surgical, and bone marrow transplant patients. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans in collaboration with an interprofessional team, patients, and families. Promotes patient and family-centered care, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Uses critical nursing skills to address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.

• Minimum:
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN licensure.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 2+ years of experience.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

• Educates patients and families on managing illness, medication, and post-treatment care.
