Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s degree;
Bachelor’s preferred. - No prior experience required, but two years of experience is preferred.
- Chemo certification and prior oncology experience are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.
Key Duties:
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, develop care plans, and communicate effectively across care continuum.
- Educate patients and families on illness management and home care needs.
- Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and professional development activities.
