• Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.
• Participate in departmental staffing, budgeting, and respond to changes affecting goals.
• Oversee patient care according to planned interventions, ensuring documentation aligns with policies.
• Develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Monitor staff productivity, manage payroll, reconcile time cards, and coordinate staff communication and scheduling.
• Conduct performance reviews, address disciplinary actions, and support staff development.

• Education:
  
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree or Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience:
  
  2-5 years for associate’s, 5-10 years for bachelor’s degree holders; supervisory experience preferred.
• License: RN required.
