Assistant Nurse Manager - Multidisciplinary ICU - Day Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead a new multidisciplinary ICU
. This leadership role involves supporting the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining high standards of patient care. The ANM acts as a mentor, resource, and clinical leader, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Managing staff hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Participating in staffing, budgeting, and ensuring operational and productivity goals are met.
• Overseeing patient care planning, documentation, and collaboration based on assessment and treatment.
• Handling staff scheduling, payroll, communication, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and supporting staff productivity.

• BSN required; RN license essential.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Additional preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree (MSN) and 5-10 years of experience.

Strong communication, organizational, leadership abilities, and a collaborative mindset are vital.
