Neurology Nurse Manager

Role Overview: The position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data.

• Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development for staff
• Developing departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals
• Providing and supervising patient care according to planned interventions, documenting compliance
• Creating collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments
• Managing staffing needs, approving payroll, and conducting performance reviews and disciplinary actions
• Ensuring staff productivity and meeting departmental operational goals

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (minimum)
• 2-5 years of experience, with some supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and 5-10 years of experience are preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential

• Experience in neurology is preferred.
