Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting the Nurse Manager in daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Managing staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Overseeing staffing, payroll, and departmental budget adherence.
- Developing and implementing patient care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Maintaining compliance with policies, managing equipment, and ensuring safety standards.
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- RN license essential.
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; leadership experience preferred, with 5-10 years of experience and less than 2 years of supervisor experience considered a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, leadership qualities, and a compassionate approach.
