Pediatric RN House Supervisor - Part Time

Role Overview: The House Supervisor provides administrative oversight across hospital departments, ensuring safe patient care, staffing, and complaint management
. They act as on-site leader during off-shifts, liaising with departments and consulting with on-call administrators to resolve clinical issues and handle exceptional circumstances.

• Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance to support operational goals.
• Supervise delivery of high-quality, safe patient care and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Assist with patient care operations and foster interdepartmental service integration.
• Support clinical development of nursing staff through coaching and monitoring compliance with regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between administration, staff, and departments.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes.

• Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing; RN license required.
• 2-5 years of experience with supervisory roles; preferred Bachelor's Degree and 5-10 years of experience.
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills essential.

This part-time role includes two 12-hour night shifts weekly, every third weekend, and holiday rotation.
