- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN/MSN accepted)
- 2-5 years of nursing experience, with preferred 5-10 years
- Experience in procedural, critical care, or Cardiac Cath Lab settings is preferred
- RN licensure required; BLS/ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
- Manage staff recruitment, performance, and professional development
- Develop and oversee departmental budgets and staffing plans
- Coordinate patient care and procedures, ensuring safety and quality
- Lead operational initiatives and ensure compliance with policies
- Evaluate staff productivity and foster a collaborative work environment
