- Education:
Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree;
Bachelor’s preferred. - Licenses:
Valid RN license. - Experience:
No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred. - Skills:
Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities; commitment to safety and patient-centered care.
