ICU Clinical RN; Day Shift

This position is for a Multidisciplinary ICU Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care within a newly established ICU department.
Key duties include:

• Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Working in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education:
  
  Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience:
  
  At least two years of critical care experience preferred; new graduates with ADN/BSN/MSN are accepted.
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Valid RN license required.
