This position serves as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Neurological Sciences & Stroke
, acting as a clinical expert to promote evidence-based practice. Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care, consultation, and educational services to patients, families, staff, and physicians, aiming to improve healthcare quality through education, practice development, and research.
- Deliver advanced clinical care and consultation for patient management.
- Enhance healthcare quality via educational initiatives for diverse stakeholders.
- Support clinical practice development and conduct scientific research.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited CNS program.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing, charge, or leadership experience preferred.
- Licenses: RN and Clinical Nurse Specialist certification.
- Preferred:
Doctorate in Nursing and 2-5 years of experience.
- Strong clinical expertise, educational skills, and research capability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Focus on evidence-based practice and quality improvement.
