Mowing Team Crew Member

The Landscape Mowing Crew Member is an essential part of our team, responsible for executing mowing routes under the guidance of the Mowing Crew Leader. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work, with a focus on mowing techniques and maintaining high-quality landscapes. The Crew Member will contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces, demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Skill Set and

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in landscaping or mowing is a plus
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as moving, walking, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with operating mowing machinery is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Mowing Crew Leader to complete mowing routes efficiently and with the highest quality
• Operate mowing equipment and tools in accordance with safety guidelines
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized job sites
• Follow instructions and guidance from the Mowing Crew Leader to ensure proper mowing techniques and quality standards
• Participate actively in team tasks, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, and cleanup
• Care for and maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Mowing Crew Leader or Management
