** Learn how to perform routine lab analyses on raw materials and finished products.

** ERP Systems:
** Get trained on how to use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to track samples and manage material status.

** Safety & Compliance:
** Master the art of "Standard Operating Procedures" and see how life-saving medical products are regulated and released.

** Equipment Mastery:
** Assist with instrument calibration and learn how to prepare standards used in professional testing.

** Problem Solving:
** Develop the skills to recognize "non-conforming" results and collaborate with supervisors on corrective actions.
