Quality Manager

BECS Technology, Inc. is a leading designer and manufacturer of customized industrial electronics serving a variety of markets.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and support all quality-related functions across the company.

This role is responsible for administering the Quality Management System (QMS), driving continuous improvement, supporting new product development, and ensuring customer and supplier quality expectations are met in a high-mix manufacturing environment.

The role manages six direct reports:
Quality Inspectors, Quality Engineer, and a Quality Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Oversee systems for data collection and monitoring of key performance metrics (KPI’s) such as:
• Internal production metrics
• Customer return rates
• Supplier quality performance
• Coordinate the creation of product-specific documentation for customers as part of the PPAP process
• Manage the RMA process, including communication with customers
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities
• Develop and support an internal audit system.
• Lead collaboration and coordination with Engineering, Production, and other departments to improve product and process quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in high-mix manufacturing environments
• Experience in electronics manufacturing setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• CAPA and NCR management
• Inspection methods and tools
• Structured root cause analysis techniques
• Working knowledge of quality systems and methodologies (e.g. 5S, Lean, etc.)
• Strong project coordination and resource management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
