The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Your key responsibilities

* Assist in conducting quality control tests and inspections on raw materials and finished products.

* Support the documentation and maintenance of quality records and reports.

* Help monitor and ensure compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

* Participate in the investigation and resolution of quality issues and customer complaints.

You Bring

* Currently working on completion of a bachelor's degree in engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.

* Candidates must be available to work full-time on-site beginning on June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify trends.

* Attention to detail with ability to spot deviations or defects in processes.

The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation will be dependent on factors that include location, education, training, specific skills, and years of experience.

At the end of this internship, you will:

have strengthened your expertise in quality systems by mastering data analysis, supporting audits, collaborating on process improvements, and updating critical documentation to ensure compliance.
