* Position Overview:

* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to join our team at Bausch & Lomb Surgical, a leading medical device manufacturer. The Buyer will be supporting various procurement activities, including timely sourcing of high-quality materials and components while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting production schedules, supplier relationships, and the overall success of our supply chain.

** Quali?cations:*
* + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related ?eld preferred

+ 1+ years of purchasing or procurement experience preferred, preferably in the medical device or manufacturing industry.

+ Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and supplier quality standards is a plus.

+ Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Pro?ciency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ AS400 experience a plus

+ Ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and manage supplier performance effectively.

+ Negotiation skills

+ Self-starter and eager to learn is a must
