Job Overview
Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Sensory Testing Lab Technician opportunities in St. Louis, MO. This is an excellent opportunity to join a winning culture and get your foot in the door with a global leader in pet nutrition, research, and innovation.
Responsibilities- Prepare pet food, litter, and soiled litter samples for consumer and sensory testing following detailed study protocols.
- Set up and serve sensory panels, prepare testing materials, and support consumer research activities.
- Conduct sample preparation, physical testing, and analysis in an analytical laboratory environment.
- Maintain accurate records, organize sample inventory, and keep laboratory and storage areas clean and compliant with SOPs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation for occasional travel to off‑site testing locations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work hands‑on with pet food, cat litter, and soiled litter samples.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Pay: $21.90 per hour.
- Shift: Approximately 35 hours per week.
- Schedule:
Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM;
Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. - Additional hours may be available through the Technical Applications Group.
