Job Title: QA Test Lead – Mobile Testing
Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead – Mobile Testing to lead quality assurance activities for complex software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test planning, test execution, automation testing, mobile application testing, and leading QA teams across multiple projects. This role requires expertise in quality processes, test management tools, and the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Lead end-to-end QA testing activities for mobile and software applications.
• Develop and execute formal test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate onshore and offshore QA resources through effective delegation, training, and mentoring.
• Manage multiple testing efforts simultaneously across complex applications and programs.
• Analyze test results, identify risks, and provide quality status updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize test management tools such as HP Quality Center/ALM or similar testing platforms.
• Provide quality process training and guidance to technical teams.
• Act as a quality consultant to advise and influence business and technical partners.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• Strong experience leading QA testing initiatives for complex applications.
• Hands-on experience with mobile application testing (iOS/Android).
• Experience with test planning, test case development, execution, and defect management.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting.
• Proficiency with QA testing tools such as HP Test Suite, HP Quality Center/ALM, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple testing activities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience as a QA Subject Matter Expert for enterprise applications.
• Experience managing distributed QA teams.
• Knowledge of quality assurance best practices and process improvement.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
