What You'll Do- Monitor food safety and quality standards throughout the facility
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain QA programs, documentation, logs, and compliance records
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits
- Verify quality records, food safety checklists, and documentation accuracy
- Train and support production employees on food safety and sanitation procedures
- Identify non-compliance issues and assist with corrective actions
- Communicate findings and improvement recommendations to leadership
- Spend time on the production floor observing operations and supporting teams
- Assist with quality improvement and sanitation initiatives
- 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or a related production environment preferred
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Ability to work in refrigerated, frozen, hot, and humid production environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn company systems
- Effective communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Associate's degree or higher in a related science field is a plus
