Quality Assurance Technician

We're seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Technician to join a growing food manufacturing operation in St. Louis. What You'll Do
  • Monitor food safety and quality standards throughout the facility
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain QA programs, documentation, logs, and compliance records
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits
  • Verify quality records, food safety checklists, and documentation accuracy
  • Train and support production employees on food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Identify non-compliance issues and assist with corrective actions
  • Communicate findings and improvement recommendations to leadership
  • Spend time on the production floor observing operations and supporting teams
  • Assist with quality improvement and sanitation initiatives
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or a related production environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
  • Ability to work in refrigerated, frozen, hot, and humid production environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solid computer skills and ability to learn company systems
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels
  • Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related science field is a plus
