Real Estate Sales Support Agent

We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Support Agent to work directly alongside our leadership team. This role is designed for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys supporting buyers, being in the field, and helping transactions move forward smoothly.

This is not a solo sales role and not a side hustle. The Real Estate Support Agent is a key part of the client experience and plays an important role in supporting showings, communication, and daily operations. The right person will be dependable, proactive, and comfortable working nights and weekends as client needs arise.

• Employment Type: Full-time, W2
• Location: Based out of Wildwood, MO, with field work throughout the St. Louis area
• Schedule: Variable, approximately 40 hours/week; this role includes approximately 16 hours of required weekend availability
• Compensation Structure: This is a salaried, W-2 employee position with a base salary ($50,000) plus bonus and commission opportunities.
• Target total compensation: $70,000+ annually, with strong performers trending closer to $80,000+ based on team production and individual contribution.
