Location: St. Louis

Overview

This is a full‑time position with fluctuating hours and potential to work from home part‑time. The role is commission‑based with a minimum base draw that will be discussed during your interview.

You will be responsible for calling landlords and homeowners, inviting them to enter their properties into the Home Ways program, making outbound calls, explaining lease purchase benefits, walking properties to assess condition, generating and sending marketing agreements, and maintaining relationships with owners of multiple properties to add their properties to the program as they become vacant. You will also receive inbound inquiries and referrals, explain the program, and convert them.

Responsibilities
  • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed.
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward.
  • Contact and convert landlords/property owners whose properties would be good candidates for the Home Ways program.
  • Follow up with potential landlord clients to help them through the Home Ways home program process, and nurture landlords who are interested but whose properties are not ready (not vacant, undergoing renovations, etc.).
  • Managing all data in CRM and follow‑up campaigns.
  • Assess each property by conducting an evaluation to determine value and monthly payment, and make recommendations to the landlord/owner.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • At least 2 years experience in sales and cold calling.
  • Experience in real estate or property management, with a focus on landlord relations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively explain program benefits and address objections.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage data and follow‑up campaigns.
  • Ability to assess property value and condition, providing informed recommendations to landlords.
Compensation

$80,000-$100,000 per year.
