Envolve Community Management, LLC owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to live.

Currently, Envolve is searching for a full‑time leasing consultant to work at Bentwood Apartments in St. Louis, MO.

• Assist Community Manager in rent collection, and assist residents with inspection of their new homes.
• Assist manager in implementation of resident renewal and retention programs.
• Maintain a current and up‑to‑date knowledge of surrounding markets and complete weekly traffic reports as required.
• Inspect community common areas, units, and grounds on a regular basis.
• Input daily resident information in relation to walk‑in traffic, move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Assist in maintaining resident files.
• Distribute non‑payment notices to delinquent residents.

• Complete knowledge of lease agreements is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with special attention to details.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Leasing experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers and programs such as Word and Excel; basic office skills including faxing, typing, and filing are a must.
• Background screening and drug test required.
