Job Description

• To manage leasing strategy, renewals, and occupancy performance metrics
• To complete HUD certifications, recerts, and compliance documentation
• To analyze resident files for accuracy and eligibility
• To communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and onsite teams
• To ensure full compliance with HUD, COS, and Fair Housing guidelines

Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm

Pay: $22/hr

Required: COS Certification, HUD experience

• COS Certification (Required)
• HUD multifamily housing experience
• Strong analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage occupancy data and reporting
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and compliance standards
• Experience with property management software
• Strong documentation and file-audit skills
