Scientist – Analytical Chemistry (GC‑MS)
Eurofins Medical Device Services, Maryland Heights, Missouri – full‑time, on‑site position.
Responsibilities- Design experiments and operate GC‑MS instrumentation.
- Interpret analytical data, including untargeted analysis and unknown compound identification.
- Write scientific reports for regulatory submissions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- B.S. with 7+ years of relevant experience, M.S. with 2+ years, or Ph.D. in chemistry (analytical, organic, and/or polymer).
- Extensive experience operating GC‑MS instrumentation and data analysis.
- Effective time‑management and project coordination skills.
- Proficient motor skills for laboratory tasks (sitting, lifting, bending, speaking, writing).
- Ability to interpret GC‑MS data, including untargeted analysis and unknown compound identification.
- Strong writing skills in scientific reporting with clear conclusions and supporting data.
Position: full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with a 1‑hour lunch break. Candidates must live within commuting distance of St. Louis, MO.
