We don't just hire—we train. This is a Level I position where you will work under the direction of experienced supervisors who will teach you the ropes of laboratory analysis, equipment calibration, and pharmaceutical-grade documentation.
The Details:
- Competitive Pay:
Up to $23.00/hr - Prime
Schedule:
First Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) – Keep your evenings free! - Location:
St. Louis MO
What You'll Learn & Do:
- The Basics of Testing:
Learn how to perform routine lab analyses on raw materials and finished products. - ERP Systems:
Get trained on how to use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to track samples and manage material status. - Safety & Compliance:
Master the art of "Standard Operating Procedures" and see how life-saving medical products are regulated and released. - Equipment Mastery:
Assist with instrument calibration and learn how to prepare standards used in professional testing. - Problem Solving:
Develop the skills to recognize "non-conforming" results and collaborate with supervisors on corrective actions.
