What You'll Learn & Do:

• The Basics of Testing:
  Learn how to perform routine lab analyses on raw materials and finished products.
• ERP Systems:
  Get trained on how to use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to track samples and manage material status.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Master the art of "Standard Operating Procedures" and see how life-saving medical products are regulated and released.
• Equipment Mastery:
  Assist with instrument calibration and learn how to prepare standards used in professional testing.
• Problem Solving:
  Develop the skills to recognize "non-conforming" results and collaborate with supervisors on corrective actions.
