GMP Laboratory Support Associate Scientist

Job Description

• Perform routine lab operations including expired reagent sweeps, waste staging, login/logout/removal of laboratory reagents and maintenance of laboratory equipment to maintain an audit‑ready state.
• Maintain, order and stock laboratory consumables and glassware, and interface with internal departments to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
• Coordinate equipment preventive maintenance/repairs with asset management and scientific staff.
• Assist in general lab housekeeping.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with EHS, Facilities, Asset Management, and scientific staff on routine operations and continuous improvement efforts for optimal operating efficiency.
• Assist other laboratory areas as needed.
• Assist the Stability and Sample Handling group with vial labeling on an as‑needed basis.

Position is full-time.

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Minimum of High School Diploma.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work within time constraints.
• Ability to engage in and support a culture of continual improvement through ownership of improvement for work processes, equipment and safe work environment.
• Ability to learn new tasks, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
