Research Statistician Assistant

This is a Without Compensation (WOC) Research Statistician Assistant position with the Office of Research and Development (ORD) in St. Louis, MO. The incumbent will function as a data manager responsible for working with research data utilizing various statistical methods. The incumbent will work under the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI); the lead researcher who designs, directs, and manages the assigned study.

The incumbent's duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Designing, testing, implementing, and monitoring research data collected as part of health status questionnaires.
• Production and testing of research data to ensure validity and reliability.
• Establishing and monitoring data collection timelines and response rates; and ensuring completeness.
• Assisting the Principal Investigator (PI) with data control procedures to include preliminary analyses, editing/correction of errors, and preparation of data files for analysis and final reports of study findings.
