Position SummaryThe Postdoctoral Research Associate will investigate the structural biology of membrane proteins and cellular microdomains using advanced cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM). Will design and perform experiments to study protein structures in native environments, focusing on areas like SPFH family proteins, mechanotransduction, and neurodegenerative disease mechanisms.

Working ConditionsThis position works in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards. The individual must be physically able to wear protective equipment and to provide standard care to research animals.
Salary RangeBase pay is commensurate with experience.
