This new Clayton clubhouse represents the next chapter, which is elevated, refined, and culinary-forward, led by Michelin-starred Executive Chef Bogdan Danilla. We are assembling a founding Service Team to help establish a new benchmark for private club dining in St. Louis.

We are seeking polished, professional Bartenders to support an elevated bar program and deliver exceptional hospitality to members and guests. Our bar program is grounded in the precise execution of classic cocktails, by consistent-balanced recipes and proper technique.

• Craft cocktails with precision and consistency, following established recipes, techniques, and presentation standards.
• Provide warm, welcoming, and professional hospitality in all bar environments.
• When scheduled in the service bar, prepare beverages for the dining room with accuracy, speed, and portion-control standards.
• When scheduled in lounge bar shifts, provide full food and beverage service directly to members, including taking orders, guiding selections, and delivering items with polish.
• Maintain a fully prepped and organized bar, including garnishes, batches, syrups, glassware, refrigerators, and overall mise en place.
• Execute accurate pours and portion control to support beverage cost and inventory goals.
• Ensure all bar and adjacent service areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with beverage leadership, servers, and support staff to ensure smooth service and communication.
• Participate in seasonal menu updates, tastings, and specialty beverage events as assigned.

• 3-5 years of bartending experience in upscale dining, cocktail bars, luxury hotels, or private clubs.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and bartending fundamentals, with willingness to learn club specifications.
• Ability to provide both bar service and tableside food service in lounge-style settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
• Familiarity with portion control, bar prep, and basic inventory practices preferred.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues as needed.
• Professional appearance, reliability, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Must be available afternoons, evenings and weekends.
