Fine Dining Server MISSOURI ATHLETIC CLUB CLAYTON JOB OVERVIEW
Be part of an exciting new chapter at the Missouri Athletic Club with the opening of MAC Clayton, the Club's newest location, bringing more than 120 years of tradition into a modern and elevated member experience. Opening in early 2026, MAC Clayton will offer refined dining, exceptional amenities, and thoughtfully designed spaces for wellness, athletics, and connection.
We are seeking polished, service-driven Fine Dining Servers (Full-Time) to join our opening team and help establish an exceptional evening dining experience. Evening shifts are primary, with select daytime shifts available to support full-time scheduling.
Responsibilities- Provide refined, anticipatory service with precision, composure, and professionalism.
- Execute fine dining service standards including pacing, coursing, table maintenance, and member recognition.
- Confidently guide members through menu selections, nightly features, and elevated beverage offerings.
- Maintain working knowledge of wine, spirits, and classic cocktails to support pairings and beverage sales.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Culinary, Sommelier, and Support teams for flawless execution.
- Maintain organized stations and complete side work to fine dining standards.
- Support wine dinners, tasting menus, private events, and specialty programming as needed.
- 3–5 years of fine dining experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, or private clubs preferred.
- Strong table presence, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Wine knowledge strongly preferred; pairing familiarity is a plus.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and high standards of execution.
- Calm, team-driven approach in a high-expectation environment.
- Competitive hourly pay plus commission. Anticipated compensation: $28-38/hr

This is a hospitality-driven environment requiring flexibility, professionalism, and a team-first mindset. Scheduling will be built around business levels and member demand. Evening roles are primarily nights and weekends, with daytime shifts available to support full-time scheduling. All staff are expected to work select holidays, and the Club is closed on Sundays for regular a la carte service.
