Job DescriptionServers are responsible for ensuring our guests have an enjoyable experience while dining with us. They take food and drink orders, bring and remove dishes in a timely manner, and serve guests with professionalism, hospitality, and a friendly smile. All while ensuring guests feel valued, important, and comfortable.
Job Duties- Set up workstations with all necessary items to ensure a successful shift
- Attend to all customer requests
- Take food and beverage orders
- Communicate with other operation areas (kitchen & bar) regarding customer requests
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment
- Ensure all food and other items are prepared properly
- Check quality of ingredients
- Promote dedication through excellent service
- Proven experience as a server preferred, but not required
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Legal drinking age (18 years or older)
