Position: We are looking for a Shift Leader.

Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They empower the team to take charge, set morale and tone, and provide coaching when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with minimal supervision. They help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. This role offers growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders or Team Members.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable by law
• Must have or obtain Serv Safe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Current, valid state driver’s license (preferred, but only required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
