This role reports to the Store Manager.

• Embody our culture and values, guiding customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers by sharing knowledge about our fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback based on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to motivate associates to meet performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising standards that enhance shopping and purchasing.
• Offer feedback to the Store Manager for business improvements.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure safety and security standards are met, reporting issues promptly.
• Assist with unpacking inventory, which may involve lifting boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience; retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and partners.
• Ability to work well with large teams.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, communicative, and capable of motivating others.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, stand, reach, and perform related tasks for extended periods.
