Senior Specialist, Costing in St. Louis, MO where you'll have the opportunity to make an impact and shape the future of our renowned brands. What will you be doing?

• Guide & Collaborate: Proactively supervise prices and drops/adds of patterns/materials through line sheets during season. Continually look for ways to improve and standardize reports and analyses ensuring valuable insights to stakeholders throughout the business.
• Manage: Manage and maintain pricing tools by working closely with the Merchandising, Sales, Demand, and Product Development to improve pricing processes. Manage wholesale price changes.
• Partnership: Work with development team on cost break down sheets.
• Analyze: Perform ad hoc analyses as requested for costing related initiatives. Perform complex analyses manipulating large data sets to create thoughtful, robust business recommendations.
• Review: Review pricing/costing by gender and category rather than by tier to ensure consistency in pricing on constructions/patterns.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• 2+ years retail costing/pricing experience preferred
• Retail Math required
• SAP experience required
• Self-starter who can work independently and can deliver projects on time
• Problem solving mindset, analytical skills
