Sales Associate – St. Charles – Wild Birds Unlimited, Inc.

We’re seeking an experienced part‑time Sales Associate at our St. Charles location with a passion for nature to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail setting providing excellent customer service, a desire to learn, and a team‑player mentality.

• Deliver outstanding customer service: greet and assist customers, and provide expert advice on bird feeding, birdwatching, and nature-related products.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Deliver high‑energy customer service and be able to consistently lift 20–40 lbs.
• Work in a fast‑paced setting and spend extended periods on your feet.
• Comfortable with computers and able to use a computer‑based POS system.

• Interest in backyard bird feeding hobby or nature is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20–50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including closing and weekend shifts, and busy holiday periods and sales.
