Ross Stores - - Responsibilities:
Maintain a visible security presence at store entrances and on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure safety.;
Monitor entrances/exits and identify suspicious behavior, coordinating with Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Greet customers and associates, provide customer service, and uphold professional appearance and brand standards.;
Assist with training and educating associates on shortage reduction initiatives and loss prevention policies.;
Support loss prevention initiatives and participate in district or store-level meetings as needed.
