• Greeting customers with a smile and assisting with their shopping experience
• Selling daily admission, season passes, and all other products in an efficient and friendly manner
• Selling various merchandise
• Receiving payment by credit cards, vouchers, gift cards or automatic debits
• Offering additional products to offer the best park experience
• Having excellent payment handling skills to make transactions fast, friendly, and fun
• Merchandising and maintaining sales displays
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees
• Providing superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
• Assisting customers with all questions regarding City Museum including facility layout and amenities
• Following all park policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to operate a computer and computer software programs
• Approachable, outgoing and excited about selling
• Ability to accept guidance and supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers and staff members
• Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
• Energy and enthusiasm for long days

• Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds
• Ability to climb stairs
• Applicants under 16 years of age must be able to provide appropriate work permit(s) to be considered for employment
