Greet customers and communicate store security presence with confidence and courtesy;
Identify theft trends and report incidents to Manager on Duty promptly;
Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates to ensure safety and security standards;
Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and support store leadership
