Location: St. Louis
Premium Retail Services seeks a Walmart Retail Training Specialist to deliver comprehensive training programs to field merchandisers across the assigned territory. You will create manuals, presentations, and visual aids, and conduct on-site and virtual sessions to ensure adherence to standards, features, and promotions.
You will travel up to 75 miles, coach during store visits, and collaborate with field managers to identify training needs, update materials, and measure training effectiveness.
