As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers, and actively selling our fashion products while supporting the overall customer experience.
A Day in the Life- Provide excellent customer service: welcoming & guiding customers through the store & OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service
- Engage in conversations with customers to deliver outstanding service
- Guide customers across fashion trends, stories & products in all store areas
- Active promotion & sale of products to customers
- Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in‑store sustainability initiatives
- Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions
- Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team
- Fashion & Trend Awareness: stay current on fashion trends, brands, and competitors & share relevant information with customers
- Team & Development: share service, fashion & store operational knowledge with colleagues, follow all procedures & legal requirements, give and receive feedback, participate in onboarding, training & development courses
- Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution: complete garment cycle, operate fitting room & checkout areas, maintain a clean sales floor & back of house, support garment presentation, ensure good stock levels, use in‑store tech services, support store opening & closing, and follow all H&S guidelines
- Passionate about fashion and the in‑store experience
- Motivated by delivering great customer experiences
- Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and action‑oriented
- Enjoys a collaborative and dynamic work environment
- Has sales experience in a dynamic, collaborative retail or service setting
- Experienced in customer service within fashion, retail, or related industries
