• Previous leadership or supervisory experience food service a plus
• A positive upbeat attitude
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Lead supervise and train all employees in every phase of product preparation including product portioning packaging and cleaning duties
• Manage cost controls and inventory
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced high energy environment
• Weekend and evening availability

• Carry up to 50lbs
• Stand and walk on a hard surface for 9 10 hours per day
• Tolerate up to 45 minutes in a walk in cooler at temperature as low as 32 degrees F during inventory
• Tolerate up to 35 minutes in a walk in Freezer at temperature at 10 degrees F during inventory and stocking
