As a Full-Time Brand Associate, you are an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. This role is specifically designed for high-potential associates interested in future leadership opportunities while supporting critical business needs.

You will build expertise in assigned functional areas, mentor team members, execute daily store operations, and step up as a Leader on Duty (LOD / Key-Holder) during non-peak selling times.

• Customer Experience & Sales:
  Engage with customers using suggestive selling, educate them on our loyalty programs, and leverage omni-channel tools to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Leadership & Mentorship:
  Act as a role model and mentor to fellow associates. Provide on-the-job training, share product/process knowledge, and support an inclusive, engaged store culture.
• Store Operations:
  Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with consistency across all work centers—including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house.
• Key-Holder Responsibilities:
  Serve as Leader on Duty (LOD) during non-peak selling times, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Self-Development & Problem Solving:
  Actively engage in continuous learning, operate self-sufficiently, and problem-solve independently to support overall store goals.

• Aspiring Leader:
  Driven to grow into a retail management role and passionate about self-development.
• Strong Communicator:
  Excellent at building rapport with customers and collaborating effectively with team members.
• Customer-Focused & Adaptable:
  Passionate about retail, comfortable utilizing retail technology, and able to maneuver around the sales floor/stockroom (lifting up to 30 lbs).
• Flexible Availability:
  Open availability (Sunday–Saturday, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays) for up to 40 hours per week.
