District Manager, Retail

Driveline is hiring a District Manager to lead a multi-store retail territory, overseeing in-store merchandising, planogram resets, and audits for major retailers. You will manage and coach field merchandisers, build strong store partnerships, and ensure accurate, on-time project execution. Using data and reporting, you'll monitor performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in visual presentation and compliance. This role offers flexible, largely field-based work, autonomy, and performance-driven growth, ideal for leaders experienced in retail operations, merchandising, and independent team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multi-store retail territory for Driveline's merchandising programs
• Plan and oversee execution of planogram resets, audits, and project-based merchandising work
• Coach, schedule, and assess performance of field merchandisers across assigned district
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time completion of all in-store execution for retail partners
• Analyze field data and reporting to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Act as primary liaison between store management, field teams, and Driveline leadership
• Train new team members on company standards, tools, and retail execution best practices
• Monitor compliance with client requirements, safety, and visual merchandising standards
• Resolve store-level issues quickly while maintaining strong retailer relationships
• Report territory results, KPIs, and staffing needs; recommend process and performance improvements
