Gift Shop Lead

Schedule:
- Monday
- Friday - Rotating shifts: 9:30 am-6:00 pm
- Working one weekend per month
- Saturday and Sunday - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
- Plaza Shop - Closed for major holidays
Role Purpose
The gift shop lead acts as support to the gift shop manager in the daily operation of the gift shop. The lead helps to coordinate and organize the gift shop duties.
Responsibilities
- Performs cash functions including ringing sales, maintaining paperwork, ensuring product knowledge and providing receipts.
- Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers, resolving problems and meeting customer needs in a manner that is timely and reflects positively on the shop.
- Oversees shop operations and delegates duties as necessary.
- Ensures appearance of shop by stocking straightening, organizing and cleaning appropriate areas.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- 2-5 years

- No Experience
