About The Candle Fusion Studio

The Candle Fusion Studio is a custom fragrance bar where guests explore, blend, and pour their own signature scented products. Whether hosting private celebrations, corporate team-building events, or guiding walk-in guests, our team creates vibrant, hands-on, and unforgettable interactive experiences.

The Role

Our studio team is the heartbeat of the guest experience. As a Studio Lead & Fragrance Specialist, you will blend hospitality, daily operations, and creative instruction. You will guide guests through the scent creation process, lead group events, and manage studio floor operations to keep the vibe upbeat, welcoming, and seamless.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience & Event Leadership:
Guide guests through vessel selection, fragrance blending, and hand-pouring techniques. Lead private parties, corporate events, and workshops with energetic, clear instruction.
  • Studio Operations & Leadership:
Manage daily opening and closing procedures, oversee group flow on busy studio floors, and support team members throughout the shift.
  • Retail & Sales:
Process POS transactions, handle guest inquiries, assist with product selections, and showcase in-house artisanal products.
  • Studio Maintenance & Prep:
Prep and restock fragrance supplies, maintain visual merchandising displays, and ensure the studio is clean, organized, and event-ready.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience:

Background in retail, hospitality, customer service, or event hosting preferred.
  • Communication & Leadership:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage group dynamics and present comfortably to diverse crowds.
  • Operational Drive:
Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sensory & Creative Affinity:
Interest in fragrance blending, product craft, and visual display design.
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Vibrant, High-Energy Work Environment:
Ditch the routine retail job. Spend your day in a bright, fragrant, aesthetic space where guests enter happy and leave inspired.
  • Perks You’ll Actually Use:
Enjoy generous employee discounts on all signature products, custom candle-pouring experiences for you and your friends, and exclusive access to new scent drops.
  • Earn Beyond Your Base:
Competitive hourly pay complemented by shared team tips, and opportunities for performance incentives.
  • Hands-On Leadership & Career Growth:
Learn the mechanics of scaling an experiential retail brand. We prioritize promoting from within and actively train our team in operations, hospitality management, and product production.
  • A Team That Feels Like Community:
Work alongside positive, creative, hospitality-minded teammates who care about great service, lifting each other up, and keeping work fun.
